i've been stressing about this for a while now. i don't know what happened but it seems like chocolate pavlova is more fragile than the normal one.
everytime i put the cream and fruits, it will either crack or worse collapse. huhu. it makes even more difficult to deliver. huu.
it frustrates me a lot when i have to give to people when they buy from me and i felt really guilty to present such poor quality. huhu.
i don't know what to do. should i stop making it or doing delivery or just let it be? haha. what say you? hee.
How about not doing delivery for chocolate pavlova, if your customers want they have to pick up at your place. Let them know that the chocolate pavlova is really fragile and they have to drive carefully.
