can't remember if i've made this before or not. if i haven't, this is the first time. heh. a customer asked if i made the bread pudding with the sauce but i don't. and come to think of it, why don't i?
i'm actually excited to use the vanilla bean. you know, the real taste of vanilla. heh. kinda hard to find it here. well we do have imported ones at grocery stores. kinda pricey. my sister bought it from poland.
about the custard, it didn't turn out well. haha. surprise, surprise. it seems clumpy and curdy. maybe it was on the stove longer than it should. haha. and so i decided not to sell it just yet. hehe. got to improve more. any suggestions? hihi.
and oh, i made that bread pudding earlier. just like my older post. hih. if you would want to refer. heh.

finally i found the cake pop maker. but not exactly the type i always wanted. the one i want is not available in malaysia yet. gotta try it first. heh.
cake pop = cake + lollipop - lolli. hahah. what an equation. hihih. might not want to sell this. too much work. too many process. takes a lot of time. huhu.
i'm not a fan of a recipe that looks nice but leave a lot of leftovers. the cake stuck to the pan (although i have grease it), the chocolate in the bowl (have to do something else with it).
i don't know how people make it very pretty in the net. mine is kinda messy as usual. haha. oh, well. it's my first attempt. heh. not looking forward to do it again in the near future. haha.
