macaroni & cheese

a regular customer's request. heh. never made it before because when i ate it at restaurants, i don't like it. and the recipe ask not to cover the top. well, it dried out. i shouldn't have followed it. should've trust my instinct. huhu.

if i knew how easy to make this, i might never bought it. hahah. apparently the only thing that is cooked in this dessert is the coffee! hoho.
