salam wrt wbt & hi all!
the first time i know it can be used for sweet dish is when i saw it at nigella's cooking show. heh. polenta is a cornmeal. as a dessert, the texture is gritty. in savoury dish it melts in the mouth. hee.
notice the holes? it is poked to allow the lemon syrup to be absorbed in the cake. hih. the top stick to the plate while i was bringing it upside down. hehu. i should've take the picture before i did that. haha.
