okay. that was actually a direct translation from its real name 'kuih sarang semut'. haha. this is my first time making traditional cookie. hehe. it is actually my favourite to eat. hih.
the other day when i was about to bought one, my sister suggested that we should bake our own. since she offered to be the sous chef to help me, i said yes. haha.
don't know why it turned out to be pale. do people use artificial yellow colouring? hoho. or do they use more egg yolk? hmm. if i bake them longer it will burn. huhu. so i just leave it like it is. heh.
as usual, making cookie is always a tedious work. too much time spent on doing one thing. huu. grating the dough repetitively to get the texture makes me want to invent a machine to do it. haha.
might not want to sell them yet. too tired doing it. haha. i'll just eat them by myself. hehe. can't imagine how people do tonnes of them everyday. huhu.
and oh, not to forget, we supposed to use rice chocolate (i think to resemble the ant) but forgot to buy it. haha. so i use hundred thousands instead. heh.
