i just add cocoa powder to the same recipe i made previously. heh. it seems flatter everytime i put it in a meringue like the pavlova. huu.
and this time, most of them stick to the baking paper! why oh why? huhu. these are the only ones that i manage to save from the disaster. haha.
as usual, i didn't make the filling. heh. just use the nutella. hehe.

most of you may already know i don't like to use piping bag. or make mini stuff. here's a combination of the two that i even surprise myself wanting to do it for the 3rd time. can you believe it? hoho.
each and every time i use different recipe. and finally this one works. alhamdulillah! phew~ thanks to my sister's friend who made it earlier and i ask my sister for the recipe. hehe. yes, i have said this before, all you need is a recipe that works, not just any recipe.
the 1st try was a disaster, too embarrassed to upload. haha. it doesn't even look like a macaron. more like a flat cookie. hehe. 2nd attempt making it, again it was flat. but this time it does have the look. but shapeless. not circle. haha. free form i should say. hee. because the surface wasn't level. hakhak.
i actually use all the 3 ovens at my house to test which one is the best for baking it. and as expected, the outcome are not the same. eek. the huge oven was slightly burnt, the big oven was pale, the small oven was somewhere in between. heh.
i was too lazy to make the filling because i did it before but it doesn't turn out right. never succeed using egg yolk to make it. haihhh. instead of wasting more ingredient, i just use peanut butter. haha. and the the taste is overpowering as i put too much of it. hahah.
might not want to sell it yet because it is just so tedious to do. huhu. and some of them cracked on the top. gotta make that perfect first. heh. i just can't believe i did it! hahah. now that i know how to do it, i don't have to buy them anymore. hee.
