salam wrt wbt & hi!
a few people have been asking me to try using this. didn't got the time to do it until now. heh. surprisingly it turned out to be the same colour as red beetroot velvet cupcake! hee. so here's an alternative to those who doesn't like vegetable in their cupcake. hih.
