bad news :
1. this is maybe the 1st and last time i make delivery for red velvet cake. every layer slides sideways in the box, before i even started to drive. huhu. apparently the car seat is not level. huhu. no delivery for red velvet cake, until i get someone to be my assistant to hole the box carefully for me. heh. or until i buy larger tray to some sort make the cake stable? haha.
2. somehow, just today, every single place i went to buy the ingredient i need to make the red velvet cake is out of stock! can you believe it? bangi, putrajaya, even damansara, either they are sold out or they have stopped ordering it. i'm so confused. i can't make red velvet cake until i find the substitute for the ingredient but the i'm afraid that the cake might taste different. huhu.
kinda good news :
1. i might want to start to make red velvet cupcake as it is easier for delivery. but it still has to depend on whether the ingredient is available or not. huhu.
