i'm too old for this

i think i can update my blog but editing blog gives me headache. @_%. i don't know how people do it. lots of pages, links, settings (i'm not even getting this right am i? it should be dashboard). it will take me ages and i might grow grey hair understanding these stuff. @_%. HELP!
